I am a certified Reiki Master, and have been practicing Reiki since 2016. The benefits of giving and receiving Reiki has enriched my life. Knowing how it promotes an overall sense of well-being, I truly feel blessed sharing Reiki with others.

Originally from Minnesota, I have also lived in Sweden and France. I have considered Connecticut home since 1997 with my husband and two sons.

I love experiencing other cultures, ethnic food, music and dance. I also enjoy nature, writing poetry and painting.
